18Gears tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. IFTA calculations are based on published rates — always verify with your jurisdiction before filing. We are not responsible for penalties resulting from reliance on our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 18Gears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.

Tool data: Data entered into our calculators is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

To provide the Service, process subscriptions, send account updates, and respond to support. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Netlify for hosting. We do not use advertising networks.

Cancel anytime through the Stripe portal. Access continues until end of billing period. No prorated refunds after the 7-day window, but you will never be charged after cancellation.
